HOW TO COMMISSION A DRAWING

DEPOSIT

I require a 20% non-refundable deposit prior to starting commissioned artwork.

REFERENCE PHOTOS

I will need a high resolution (2 MB or larger) clear digital photos of the vehicle.  If there are any unique details that you would like included in the artwork please be sure to indicate that in the email and show them in the photo(s).  Use natural lighting (outside) without the flash. Don’t stand in a positon where your shadow is cast on to the vehicle.  If the vehicle is a car, truck or motorcycle try a couple of views with the wheel(s) turned. Low views (kids eye level) on an angle are always more interesting.

TIME FRAME

If the drawing is needed by a specific time, please let me know in advance and I will do what I can to accommodate you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the completion.  Larger artwork may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the piece. I can send progress photos via email throughout the process.  

APPROVAL

I can send progress photos via email throughout the process.  This allows the customer have a good idea of what the completed artwork will look like before it gets started.
